How to Place An Order:

Simply print and fill out the order form on the following page. Then, you can either fax or mail the order form to us. Please make sure all fields are filled in to assure that we can process your order properly.

We ship our merchandise only within the Continental United States by UPS Ground. Please use the below table to calculate your shipping charge.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We will accept payment for your order by; Check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

- Checks can only be used with mail orders.

- Your Drivers License Number MUST be included with all payments by Check!

- We only ship to your Billing Address for All Credit Card Orders!

WARNING: Credit Card Fraud is a felony and we will prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use all available means to prosecute persons attempting fraud.

Backorders:

We will notify you when ordered merchandise is out of stock. We will not charge you until your ordered merchandise is back in stock and being delivered to you.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel you order as long as it has not been shipped already. Unless, it is a special order or a back-ordered item specifically for you.

Return or Exchange Policies:

In order to insure that our customers are satisfied, we will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We will not be held responsible for return shipping charges. We will not accept items for return or exchange if tags have been removed or if the product is not in the same condition as it left the store!
